Baidyanath Jirkadyarishta
A classical Ayurvedic fermented preparation (arishta) based on jeeraka (cumin), offered as part of everyday women’s post-natal wellness. 450 ml. Contains jaggery and self-generated alcohol from the traditional fermentation. For lactating women and children above 7 years.
Ingredients: Tvak (cinnamon), Musta, Dhataki, Shunthi, Jaggery, Jatiphala, Bay leaves, Cumin seeds, Nagakeshara, Carom seeds, Green cardamom.
How to use: 12–24 ml a day, 2–3 times, mixed with an equal amount of lukewarm water, after consulting a physician. Store in a cool, dry place.
