Ingredients:

• All-purpose flour, yeast, lactose, salt, and sugar.

Usage:

• Take EBO instant naan mix .Make a dough using lukewarm water. Keep it aside for 30 minutes. -Divide it into small balls and roll on the roti. Sprinkle white sesame/coriander/crushed garlic. -Roll once again. -Take it on one hand and apply little water to another side of the roti/naan. -Place it on a hot pan -Let the top side get bubbles and then flip the pan along with roti on the fire. let the direct fire -Cook the roti for half a minute. -Apply butter .serve hot.
