    I recently received my order, and unfortunately, I am very dissatisfied with the product.

    The product does not appear to be authentic. It did not come in the original box and was simply wrapped with tape. Does not show any expiration date either. In addition, the color and smell are noticeably different from the product I have purchased directly from a pharmacy in Mexico.

    Because of these differences, I am concerned that this may be a counterfeit or otherwise unauthentic or expired product. I do not feel comfortable using it, especially on my face, because I do not know what ingredients or substances may be in it.

    I requested a refund, by email but they do not respond to my email. I called but the phone number seems not legit. I even reported though Shopify and nothing.
