Ingredients

100% Organic Fenugreek Seed (Trigonella Foenum-Graecum) Powder

How To Use

For Hair:

• Take 2 tbsp of Fenugreek Seed in a bowl and add 1 tbsp of coconut oil or olive oil to it.
• Mix both ingredients well and apply this paste on your hair, mostly the roots.
• Let it dry for 10 minutes, and then wash it off with a mild shampoo.

For Skin:

• Combine 2 tbsp each of Fenugreek Seed powder and Multani Mitti Powder with 1 tbsp each of yogurt and milk.
• Pour in five drops of rosemary oil.
• Before using, prepare a mask, store it in a glass jar and stir well.
• Place it on your face and leave it for 30 minutes.
• In clear water, wash it off.
