Cancellation Policy
Indyancart (a brand owned and operated by Indyan Cart LLC)

At Indyancart, we aim to process orders quickly so your products reach you as soon as possible. Because of this, order cancellations are only possible within a limited timeframe.
Cancellation Timeframe
You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as the order has not already been packed, processed, or shipped.
Once an order enters fulfillment or dispatch, cancellations can no longer be guaranteed.
How to Cancel an Order
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately with:
- Your order number
- The email address used during checkout
- "Order Cancellation" in the subject line

If your cancellation request is approved, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
For eligible cancelled orders:
- A full refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Refund processing usually takes within 7 business days
- Banks or card providers may require additional processing time before the amount appears in your account
Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
Cancellation requests may not be accepted if:
- The order has already been shipped
- The item has entered processing or packaging
- More than 24 hours have passed since the order was placed
If your order has already been dispatched, you may still be eligible for a return after delivery under our Refund & Return Policy.
Order Changes
If your order has not yet been processed, we may still be able to help with:
- Product variant updates
- Quantity changes
- Shipping address corrections
