Ath Ayurdhamah Su-kesham Hair Care Kit

A classical Ayurvedic herbo-mineral kit (capsules, tablets, oil, lepa and shampoo), traditionally used to support hair-care routines. The oil, lepa and shampoo are for external use only. Safety information: the internal capsules and tablets are to be taken under practitioner supervision.

Ingredients: Amalaki, bhringraj, arjuna, gandhak rasayan, abhrak bhasma, vanga bhasma, mukta, praval, kapardika.

How to use: Two Sukesham R capsules twice a day with water (morning on an empty stomach and evening before dinner); two Sukesham C tablets twice a day with water (after breakfast and after dinner); apply the oil to the scalp and massage twice a week; apply the lepa once a week; use the shampoo once a week, or as advised by your practitioner.
