AVN Ayurveda Trayantyadi Kashayam
A classical Ayurvedic decoction (kashayam) prepared the traditional way and offered as part of everyday wellness.
Ingredients: Trayanti (Gentiana kurroo), Triphala (Haritaki, Vibhitaki, Amla), Nimba (Azadirachta indica), Katuka (Andrographis paniculata), Madhuka (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Trivrit (Operculina turpethum), Patola (Trichosanthes cucumerina), Masura (Lens culinaris). Boiled with 8 parts water, reduced to a quarter and filtered.
How it is usually taken: 12–24 ml before food, around 6 am and 6 pm, with an equal amount of water, or as directed by an Ayurvedic doctor.
