Ingredients
- Guggulu (Commiphora mukul) 240 g, pippali 48 g, haritaki 48 g, vibhitaki 48 g, amla 48 g, twak (cinnamon) 12 g and ela (cardamom) 12 g, milled to a fine homogeneous powder.
How to use
- 1 to 3 g with honey, before or after food, or as advised by your practitioner.
