What's inside

• Arimeda, khadira, chandana, lodhra, yashti, dhataki, triphala, ela, twak, nagakesara, musta, manjishtha, jatiphala, lavanga, til taila (sesame oil) and karpura, among others.

How to use

• Apply liberally to the area or whole body and massage gently for 30 minutes to one hour before bath; hair oils can be applied 30 minutes before bath, or as advised by your practitioner. For external use.
