- Abhaya (Terminalia chebula), guda (jaggery), triphala (amla, haritaki, bibhitaki) and vishwa (ginger).
How to use
- 10 to 15 g with honey, milk or lukewarm water twice a day after food; may be continued for 2 to 3 months, or as advised by your practitioner.
