Ajaswagandhadi Leham is a classical Ayurvedic herbal jam (leham), prepared the time-honoured way for use under practitioner guidance.

Composition:

• Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha)
• Syzygium aromaticum (clove, lavanga)
• Mesua ferrea (Nagakesara)
• Orchis latifolia (Salaimisri)
• Elettaria cardamomum (ela, small cardamom)
• Cinnamomum zeylanicum (cinnamon, twak)
• Glycyrrhiza glabra (yashtimadhu, liquorice)
• Myristica fragrans (Jati)
• Ajamamsam (goat-meat extract)

How it is usually taken: One tablespoon after food in the morning, or as advised by your practitioner.

Contains goat-meat extract (non-vegetarian). Read the label, store in a cool, dry place and keep out of reach of children.
