- Vilwa (bael), visva (ginger), jiraka (cumin), laja (rice), ikshu (sugarcane), bala, guha, abda (nut sedge), suradruma (Himalayan cedar) and vrisha.
How to use
- Adults: 10 to 15 ml. Children: 5 to 10 ml, with three parts lukewarm water, twice a day before meals, or as advised by your practitioner. Store in a cool, dry place; do not exceed the recommended dose.
