The classical Cheriya Chinchadi Leham, a traditional Ayurvedic avaleha built around chincha (tamarind), loha and traditional botanicals, with jaggery and honey, prepared the time-honoured way for use under practitioner guidance.
Ingredients
- Guda (jaggery), makshika (honey), chincha (tamarind), loha, kitta, vilwa, vidanga, maricha, pippali, sunthi, triphala (haritaki, amalaki, vibhitaki), jiraka, krishnajiraka, ela, twak, patra, yashti, rasna and jatiphala. Contains honey.
How to use
- Adults: 10 to 15 g. Children: 5 to 10 g, before or after food, or as advised by your practitioner.
