- Guda (jaggery), tailam (sesame), madhu (honey), nagadanti, chitraka, pathya (haritaki), trivrit, pippali, sunthi, ela, twak, patra and nagakesara. Contains honey.
How to use
- 10 to 15 g twice a day before or after food, or as advised by your practitioner.
