Draksharishtam is a classical Ayurvedic fermented liquid (arishtam), prepared the traditional way for use under practitioner guidance.
Composition:
- Draksha - Dry grapes - 2.4 kg
- Water for kashayam - 49.152 litres
- Jaggery - 9.6 kg
- Twak - Cinnamon stem bark - 48 g
- Ela - Cardamom - 48 g
- Patra - Cinnamomum tamala leaf - 48 g
- Nagakeshara - Mesua ferrea stamen - 48 g
How it is usually taken: 10 to 20 ml with an equal amount of water, before or after food, twice a day, or as advised by your practitioner.
