Ingredients
- Ela, pippali (kana), madhuka, nagara (ginger), abda (musta), vasa, nimba, amruta (guduchi), ambu and dashamoola (ten roots).
How to use
- 5 to 15 ml diluted with 15 to 45 ml of water twice daily before food, with a suitable anupana, or as advised by your practitioner.
