Kottakkal Arya Vaidya Sala Kalyanagulam Leham
The classical Kalyanagulam Leham, a traditional Ayurvedic herbal jam (leham) built around triphala, vidanga and amla juice with sesame oil and jaggery, prepared the time-honoured way for use under practitioner guidance.
Ingredients
- Vidanga, pippali and pippalimoola, triphala, dhanyaka, chitraka, maricha, hastipippali, dipyaka and panchalavana (five salts), with sesame oil, trivrit, amla juice and jaggery.
How to use
- Adults: 5 to 10 g once or twice a day with honey, milk or warm water. Children under 5: 1 to 2 g; 5 to 12 years: 5 g, with a teaspoon of honey or warm water/milk, or as advised by your practitioner.
