Lakshadi Churnam is a classical Ayurvedic powder, prepared the time-honoured way for use under practitioner guidance.
Composition:
- Laksha - Laccifer lacca - 10.000 g
- Lajjalu - Mimosa pudica - 70.000 ml
How it is usually taken: Half to 1 teaspoonful with water, milk or honey, two to three times a day before or after food, or as advised by your practitioner.
Shelf life: 2 years from the date of manufacture.
Read the label, store in a cool, dry place and keep out of reach of children. Contains milk/honey if taken so.
