Kottakkal Arya Vaidyasala - Thriphaladi Churnam

Thriphaladi Churnam is a classical Ayurvedic powder, prepared the traditional way for use under the guidance of an Ayurvedic practitioner.

Composition:

• Triphala
• Haritaki - Terminalia chebula
• Vibhitaki - Terminalia bellirica
• Amalaki - Emblica officinalis
• Yashtimadhu - Liquorice - Glycyrrhiza glabra

How it is usually taken: 3 to 5 g, one to two times a day before or after food, with honey, ghritam (ghee or medicated ghee) or warm water, or as advised by your practitioner.

Warning: Avoid during pregnancy.

Best taken under practitioner supervision. Read the label, store in a cool, dry place and keep out of reach of children. Contains honey/ghee if taken so.
