What's inside
- Chincha (tamarind), one-year-old jaggery, mandura (calx of iron), bilva, vidanga, kankola, trikatu (ginger, long pepper, black pepper), triphala (amla, haritaki, bibhitaki), jeeraka, krishna jeeraka, twak, ela, patra, yashtimadhu, rasna and jatiphala.
How to use
- Quarter to half a tablespoon with buttermilk once or twice a day, or as advised by your practitioner.
