Vilwadi Leham is a classical Ayurvedic herbal jam (leham), prepared the time-honoured way for use under practitioner guidance.
Composition:
- Vilwa - Aegle marmelos
- Jaggery
- Musta - Cyperus rotundus
- Coriander
- Cumin
- Caraway
- Cardamom
- Cinnamon
- Nagakeshar - Mesua ferrea
- Trikatu - Pepper, Long Pepper and Ginger
How it is usually taken: 5 to 10 g with honey or warm water/milk, twice a day, or as advised by your practitioner.
Shelf life: 3 years from the date of manufacture.
