• Ela - Cardamom - 10 g
• Patra - Cinnamomum tamala - 10 g
• Nagakeshara - Mesua ferrea - 10 g
• Nagara - Ginger - 10 g
• Maricha - Pepper - 10 g
• Agni - Plumbago zeylanica - 10 g
• Jala - Pavonia odorata - 10 g
• Ajaji - Cuminum cyminum - 10 g
• Dhanyaka - Coriander - 10 g
• Sauvarchala Lavana - Sochal salt - 30 g
• Vrikshamla - Garcinia indica - 30 g
• Dhataki - Woodfordia fruticosa - 30 g
• Pippali - Long pepper - 30 g
• Bilva - Aegle marmelos - 30 g
• Dadima - Pomegranate - 30 g
• Sita - Sugar - 60 parts
• Kapittha - Feronia elephantum - 80 parts

How it is usually taken: 1 to 3 g with water or buttermilk, twice a day after food, or as advised by your practitioner.

Shelf life: 6 months from the date of manufacture.
