Composition: Badam (almond), Ras Sindoor, Prawal Pishti (coral), ghrita, sugar, Kesar, Javitri, Jaiphal, Sonth, Pippal, Lavang, Dalchini, Tejpatta.
How to use: 2 to 3 teaspoons with milk twice or thrice a day.
