A classical Ayurvedic fermented preparation (arishta), prepared the traditional way for use under practitioner guidance.
Composition:
- Manjeeth, indrayava, dantimool, tagar, haldi, daruhaldi, rasna, vidanga, ajwain, safed chandan, giloy, chitrak mool, kali mirch, sunthi, dalchini, ela, tejpatra and nagkesar
How it is usually taken:
- 3-6 teaspoons after meals with an equal amount of water, or as advised by your practitioner
