Chirayu Kumaryasava
The classical Kumaryasava, a traditional Ayurvedic fermented tonic (asava) built around kumari (aloe), prepared the time-honoured way for use under practitioner guidance.
Ingredients
- Kumari, lavang, kababchini, jatamansi, karkatumo and tamra bhasma, among others.
How it is usually taken
- 10 to 25 ml with an equal amount of water after meals, or as advised by your practitioner. Read the label, store in a cool, dry place, do not exceed the recommended dose, keep out of reach of children.
