Dark Forest Brahmi Powder
A brahmi (Bacopa monnieri) powder, a herb long valued in Ayurveda for the mind and traditionally used to support hair-care routines. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans; free from fillers, binders, gluten, wheat, lactose, preservatives, artificial colouring, yeast and sugar. Produce of India. Contains milk or ghee if taken as directed.
Hair care: Boil the powder in water, leave overnight, strain and use as an after-wash.
For the mind: 1 teaspoon with milk or ghee twice a day.
