- Kajjali, Sudh vatsanabha, Ajwain, Harad, Bahera, Amla, Sajjikshar, Yavakshar, Chitrakmool, saindhav lavan (rock salt), survarchal lavan (black salt), samudra lavan (sea salt), shavet jiraka, Vidanga, Shunthi, Pippali, Marich and Sudh kuchla.
How it is usually taken
- 1 to 2 tablets twice a day with lukewarm water, or as advised by your practitioner.
