- Ashwagandha, Musli safed, Manjistha, Haritaki, Haridra, Daruharidra, Mulethi, Rasna patra, Vidari kandha, Arjuna, Mustaka, Trivrit, Shvet sariva, Krishan sariva, Shvet chandan, Rakta chandan, Vacha, Chitrakmool, gud (jaggery), Dhatki, Shunthi, Pippali, Marich, Dalchini, Sukshmaila, Tej patra, Priyangu and Nagkeshar, with water for the decoction.
How it is usually taken
- 15 to 30 ml with an equal quantity of water, half an hour after meals, twice daily, or as advised by your practitioner.
