Deep Ayurveda Chandansava
A traditional Ayurvedic fermented tonic (asava) built around sandalwood (chandan), made the classic way from an extensive herbal blend.
Ingredients
- Shvet chandan, Rakta chandan, Netra bala, Mustak, Gambhari, Nilotpala, Priyangu, Padmakh, Lodhra, Manjishtha, Patha, Chirayita, Nyagrodha, Pippali, Mulethi, Madhuka pushpa, Rasna, Patola, Kanchnar, Amra, Mochrasa, Dhataki, Draksha, sharkara and gud (jaggery), with water for the decoction.
How it is usually taken
- 15 to 30 ml with an equal quantity of water, half an hour after meals, twice daily, or as advised by your practitioner.
