A traditional Ayurvedic fermented tonic (arishta) built around raisins (draksha), made the classic way.
What's inside
- Draksha, gud (jaggery), Dalchini, Sukshmaila, Tej patra, Nagkeshar, Priyangu, Marich, Pippali, Vidanga and Dhataki, with water for the decoction.
How it is usually taken
- 15 to 30 ml with an equal quantity of water, half an hour after meals, twice daily, or as advised by your practitioner.
