Key ingredients
- Kumari rasa, gud (jaggery), Pakva Loha bhasma, Shunthi, Marich, Pippali, Lavanga, Tvak, Sukshmaila, Tej patra, Nagkeshar, Chitrakmool, Pippalamool, Vidanga, Gajapippali, Chavya, Hapusha, Supari, Kutaki, Mustak and Harad.
How it is usually taken
- 15 to 30 ml with an equal quantity of water, half an hour after meals, twice daily, or as advised by your practitioner.
