Composition
- Pipali, Pipala mool, Dhania, Kala jeera, saindhav lavan (rock salt), vid lavan, Tej patra, Talis patra, Nagkesar, Kali marich, savet jeera, Saunth, Dalchini, Sukshm Ela, samundra lavan (sea salt), Amalvetas, Anardana, krishan lavan (black salt) and Nimbu sat.
How it is usually taken
- 2 to 4 g with plain water, or as advised by your practitioner.
