A traditional Ayurvedic fermented tonic (asava) built around prepared iron (loha), made the classic way.
What's inside
- Shodhit Lauha churana, Shunthi, Marich, Pippali, Harad, Bahera, Amla, Ajwain, Vidanga, Mustak, Chitrakmool, Dhataki, with sharkara (sugar) and gud (jaggery), and water for the decoction.
How it is usually taken
- 15 to 30 ml with an equal quantity of water, half an hour after meals, twice daily, or as advised by your practitioner.
