What's inside
- Aaloo bhukhara, seb (apple), kela (banana), angoor (grapes), gosha, yav, sharkara, Madhukpushapa, Dalchini, Tej patra, Nagkeshar, Sukshamaila (Elettaria cardamum), Jaiphala, Javitari and Dhatkipushpa, with water for the decoction.
How it is usually taken
- 15 to 30 ml with an equal quantity of water, half an hour after meals, twice daily, or as advised by your practitioner.
