Deep Ayurveda Punarnavadyarishta
A traditional Ayurvedic fermented tonic (arishta) built around Punarnava, prepared the classic way.
Key ingredients
- Shavet punarnava, Rakta punarnava, Bala, Atibala, Patha, Vasa, Giloy, Chitrakmool and Kantakari, with gud (jaggery), sharkara (sugar), Nagkeshar, Dalchini, Sukshmaila, Tej patra, Netrabala, Draksha and Dhatki.
How it is usually taken
- 15 to 30 ml with an equal quantity of water, half an hour after meals, twice daily, or as advised by your practitioner.
