How To Use

• To apply on lashes: Wiggle your wand through your lashes from  root to tip to get a fanned out, voluminous look. Apply as many coats as you desire to turn up the intensity.
• To apply on brows: Brush the wand through your eyebrows to shape, fluff or fill as you please. Add more layers for stronger definition.
