Foodio Keto Flour

Ingredients:

• Pumpkin Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Melon Seeds, Flax Seeds, Resistant Starch, Groundnuts and Wheat Gluten.

Directions to Use:

• Take our flour, add lukewarm water and knead into a soft dough. Allow it to rest for 10 mins ( This is not compulsory, this helps in making the rotis softer). Roll it into small disc and you can shallow fry for Roti or deep fry for a poori or cook it on a open flame for soft phulka. You can also use this flour to make some amazing baked goodies.
