Rajgira or Amaranth is an ancient superfood packed with nutrition. In India it is eaten on fasting days as it is not a grain, but a pseudocereal. Our Organic Amaranth Puff can be consumed as a breakfast cereal with milk or yogurt or sprinkle it over salads for a healthy crunch.
