Vellanki Foods Karanji / Kajjikayalu
Karanji — also known as Karjikai, Nevri or Kajjikayalu — is a classic festive sweet enjoyed during Pongal, Makar Sankranthi and Diwali. A light, crispy shell wraps a subtly sweet coconut filling. Available in 500 g to 2 kg packs.
Ingredients
- Refined flour (maida) and semolina
- Coconut and jaggery (gur)
- Ghee and salt
- Poppy seeds, cashew nuts and cardamom powder
