Kerala Ayurveda Amrutharishtam
A classical Ayurvedic fermented tonic (arishta), also known as Amritarishta, built around guduchi (giloy), prepared the traditional way for use under practitioner guidance. Suitable for children and adults. 450 ml.
Key ingredients
- Giloy, jaggery, nutgrass, dry ginger, cumin, black pepper, long pepper root and the Dashamoola group of ten roots, among others.
How it is usually taken
- 3 to 6 tablespoons a day, twice daily after meals, mixed with an equal amount of lukewarm water, or as advised by your practitioner.
