Lemon pickle is one of India's oldest and best-loved pickles. Vellanki Foods makes theirs with the finest lemons for a bright, tangy flavour — lovely with hot rice, chapatis, parathas, or just on its own. Available in 250 g, 500 g, 1 kg and 2 kg.

Ingredients

• Lemon pieces
• Iodised salt, turmeric and black pepper
• Red chilli powder and fenugreek powder
• Ginger and garlic paste, mixed spices
• Edible vegetable oil
