A crispy savoury crepe full of goodness and plentiful tastes coming from the fermented ingredients. Multi Millet Dosa Mix brings the South Asian favourite into a new light fortifying it with the super grain powers of the millets. Versatile even as a thicker pancake styled dish, the Multi Millet Dosa tastes great with simple garnish.
Ingredients:
- Foxtail millet, Kodo millet, Barnyard millet, Little millet, Urad dal, Raw Rice, Par Boiled Rice, Fenugreek and Salt

Preparation:
- Mix 1 cup of the MagicBeans Multi Millet Dosa Mix with 1.5 cups of water to make a loose but consistent batter. Mix well to avoid lumps.
- Spread a thin layer of a ladle full of the batter onto a preheated non-stick frying pan.
- Drizzle a dash of sesame oil, and fry until golden brown.
- Using a flat spatula, fold the Dosa in a half and dish out onto a plate.
- Serve hot with Coconut Chutney or Sambar.
