MTR Multigrain Dosa Mix: 500 gm
Ingredients:
- Multigrain flour ( A mixture of corn, Ragi, Barley, oats)
- Rice
- Black gram flour
- refined wheat flour
- Edible vegetable interesterified (made from palm oil and palm kernel oil)
- Salt
- Leavening agent Sodium bicarbonate
- Acidity regulator Malic acid
- fenugreek
How to prepare Multigrain Dosa:
- Add 1 measure mix to 1 measure water and 1/2 measure curd to form a batter. Set aside for 5 mins
- Spread sufficient batter on hot Tawa on medium flame and add 1 tbsp oil to the sides
- Roast till golden brown on medium flame and serve hot
