What's inside
- Ashwagandha, musli, manjistha, haritaki, haridra, daruharidra, yashti, rasna, vidari, arjuna, musta, trivrit, shweta sariva, krishna sariva, shweta chandana, rakta chandana and chitraka.
How it is usually taken
- 10 to 20 ml with water twice a day after meals, or as advised by your practitioner. Store in a cool, dry place, keep out of reach of children, read the label before use.
