Multani Vidangarishta Syrup
The classical Vidangarishta, a traditional Ayurvedic fermented tonic (arishta) built around vidanga, prepared the time-honoured way for use under practitioner guidance.
Composition
- Pippali, rasna, kutaja, patha, elavaluka, priyangu, lodhra, kanchar and sunthi.
How it is usually taken
- 10 to 20 ml (1 to 2 tablespoons) with water twice a day after meals, or as advised by your practitioner. Read the label before use, store in a cool, dry place, keep out of reach of children, do not exceed the recommended dose.
