Ingredients:
- Redefined wheat flour (Maida),
- Palm oil,
- Salt,
- Wheat gluten,
- Mineral (Calcium carbonate),
- Sugar,
- Mixed spices {(16.8%) (Coriander powder, Red chili powder (3.6%), Turmeric powder, Cumin powder, Aniseed powder, Black pepper powder (0.8%), Fenugreek powder, Ginger powder, clove (0.2%), Nutmeg powder and Green cardamon powder (0.2%))}
How to Prepare:
- Break the noodle cake into four parts.
- Add the tastemaker and noodles to 210 ml (approx. 1 ½ teacup) of boiling water.
- Cook for 2 minutes in an open pan.
- Stir occasionally. Do not drain the remaining water.
