Ohria Ayurveda Pure Copper Eye Wash Cups

Pure copper cups for Netra Shudhi, a traditional yoga practice for cleansing and refreshing the eyes. Cooling and soothing.

• Pure copper.

How to use

• Pour 1 teaspoon of Ohria Rose Water into each cup, then top up with filtered water to the brim.
• Lower the head to dip the eyes fully, blink a few times, then rotate the eyes clockwise and anticlockwise, looking in each direction for a few seconds. Blink again.
• Rinse, clean and dry the cups, and replace the lids after use.

Cleaning

• Clean with a copper cleanser or a mild natural surfactant, or naturally with a paste of wheat flour, a pinch of salt and a little vinegar.

Precautions

• Dry and cover the cups after use, and make sure they are clean before each use. Use filtered water free of chlorine. Remove contact lenses first. Do not use on open wounds around the eyes, and do not share cups. If pain, irritation or persistent redness occurs, stop using and consult a doctor.
