How To Use

• Uncap the Pac Glittr Liner and position the unique brush tip as close to your lash line as you can.
  
• Glide the liner tip along from the inner corner of your eye to your upper eyelid. The brush allows for a wonderful one stroke application that will give your eye makeup a smooth finish.
  
• Keep your eyes closed for about 10-15 seconds after the application to let it dry.
  
• Make sure you close the cap tightly to preserve the product.
