How To Use

• Line your Lips using PAC Lip Liner pencil with a shade darker or similar to your lipstick.
• Dip the wand into your PAC Timeless matte liquid lipstick and glide it across your lips to fill the lips.
• Repeat to increase the intensity of the colour.
