How To Use

• For skin: Warm a small quantity in the hands and massage gently all over the face and body. Leave for 30 minutes, cleanse with a UBTAN Soap or mild scrub.
• For hair: Warm a small quantity in the hands and apply on the scalp and massage gently on hair. Leave for 30 minutes and cleanse with a hair cleanser.
• For oil pulling: Take one tablespoon of this pure extra virgin Cold Pressed Coconut Oil. Swish it in your mouth for about 2-3 minutes. Spit it into the trash once finished. After rinsing brush your teeth.
